Biography

Filip Rudaković – Fullstack Developer

Hi, my name is Filip Rudaković, and I'm a web developer based in Belgrade, Serbia. I began learning web programming around 2018, starting with HTML and CSS, then moving into JavaScript. In 2021, I joined a small start-up called TAU commerce as a front-end developer. Because it was a small team, I quickly had the opportunity to work with frameworks such as React and Laravel. Our main focus at TAU Commerce was building a fast, reliable e-commerce system that achieved top scores on Google PageSpeed Insights.

Along the way, I also worked independently on various WordPress projects, including a website for the Naval Architecture department of the Mechanical Faculty of the University of Belgrade. Together with my friend and co-worker Uroš Vulović, I completed many other WordPress-based projects.

In 2023, I created this portfolio website to showcase my work.

Since 2024, I have been working as a developer at Valet, a company focused on professional WordPress support, development, and maintenance services.

More about my projects you can find at projects side.

I finished IX Belgrade gymnasium and after that Traffic and Transport Faculty an Air department at the University of Belgrade. I finished my MA on the same faculty, and my master thesis was “The optimal climb procedure of transport aircraft for the given cost index”, which I am very proud of.

I got my first job at Alpe saobraćaj as project designer, designing horizontal and vertical traffic signalization and airports. In 2014, I started working in Serbian national airline Air Serbia as operations controller within the Network Operations Centre. I have passed the national licence exam for flight dispatcher, after which I have started working as a flight dispatcher in the same company. And everything changed when I fell in love with programming.

From my high school days, I was engaged in rowing for eleven years, from which 6 years were competitive rowing. After my rowing career ended in 2011, I started training for triathlon, which I am still into as an amateur.
