Ingredients: 60ml gin; 15ml lemon juice; 15ml lime juice; 30ml heavy cream; 1 egg white; 2-3 dashes orange blossom water

Steps

Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker. Add cubed ice and shake it for 2 minutes. Strain the ice and dump it, and dry shake it again for 2 minutes. Add soda water into Collins glass, over it add cocktail, but leave a little in a shaker for later. Put the glass in freezer for 5 minutes. Take glass and with the straw make hole in a foam. Pure rest of the cocktail into the hole until there is a foam goes over the level of the glass. Put the straw in hole and express lemon oils ove the top.
