Ingredients: 22,5ml bourbon; 22,5ml amaro; 22,5ml strawberry rhubarb aperitivo; 22,5ml lemon juice; 15ml strawberry syrup; 90ml soda water

Steps

Add all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker, except for the soda water. Pour a little soda water into a highball glass. Shake cocktail with a big rock of ice and double strain into a glass. Add ice cubes to fill the glass and top it with more soda water. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
